Article 1 - Payment Terms
The announced prices are both in Kuna and Euro, however, all payments will be charged in Euro currency. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Article 2 – Cancelation
If charter of the booked boat / tour is canceled by the clients more than 48 hours prior to the reservation date, the entire paid amount will be refunded. A Total of 100% of the price is charged only in case if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Dubrovnik Islands Boat Tours reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation under unforeseen circumstances or owing to circumstances beyond our control. If alternative solution cannot be found, Dubrovnik Islands Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation. 100% deposit paid in advance will be refunded in total to the same account.
The entire paid amount is refundable if weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of the booking and the reservation cannot be postponed on another day by any reason.
 
Article 3 – Reservation changes
Changes of the date of your booking are only acceptable if the vessel is available on the new requested date.
 
Article 4 – Confirmation
Within minutes of completing your reservation and paying the deposit, you will receive 2 automated emails.

The first will be a "CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION" e-mail from us containing full details of your reservation including date of reservation, vessel / tour reservation, total price and paid amount.
The second e-mail is from PayPal confirming your credit card has been successfully authorized. The Confirmation of Reservation becomes effective upon a successful charge of your credit card. This effective Confirmation of Reservation is your official reservation confirmation. 
If you do not receive this email (check all Junk and Bulk folders in addition to your Inbox since our emails are sometimes diverted there), please contact us on boat@dubrovnikislandsboattours.com, and we will re-send it to you. 
 
Article 5 – Payment Security
Security payments by debit / credit cards Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and service payments, and vice versa.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

Service payment is based on the 3-D Secure standard, which currently offers the safest solution to credit and debit cards in the Internet environment.
If the card user is participating in the 3-D Secure program the customer will be required to pay additional identity verification as confirmation that he just used the card. 

Article 6 - Price Adjustments
The prices listed on our website reflect the prevailing prices at a given point in time. By making a booking on our website you lock in the prevailing price. From time to time, Dubrovnik Islands Boat Tours may offer price discounts to generate last-minute bookings. In these cases, no price adjustments will be made to bookings that were made prior to the implementation of the price change.

Article 7 – Vessels Availability
The availability calendars for all boats listed on our website are 99% accurate. However, since our booking process is automatic it is possible that we receive more than one reservation at the same time.  In this case, we will offer our customers the option of a full refund or will try to find them alternate boat of a similar type, quality and price. However, in addition to the option offered in the previous sentence, we accept no additional liability.
 
Article 8 – Vessels Representations
Dubrovnik Islands Boat Tours has done its best to assure that the descriptions and photographs on our website are an accurate representation of the vessels.
 
Article 9 – Disclosure of Your identity
Dubrovnik Islands Boat Tours respects your privacy. We are committed to protect customers' personal data in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligation to inform customers about the way we collect data and gives customers an option of using their data, including possibility to decide whether or not to remove their name from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and is available only where such information necessary to perform the job.

This statement commits us to protect the privacy of our users, customers and visitors of our site and the security of personal information provided to us through the website. Article 11 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
The governing law shall be the law of Republic of Croatia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in Zagreb and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
